This anemone has single white flowers. Anemones are very good for using as cut flowers but they are also a great garden plant. Soak corms in water for 24 hours before planting to aid germination. The flowers of anemones are 7.5cms across and very vibrant. The corms we supply are amongst the biggest available.
As these bulbs are dormant they are ideal for use as wedding favours especially with their name being “The Bride”
They can be grown in the borders or in containers. Soak the corms overnight until the outer skin is soft to the touch and then of course plant them. Cultivate the soil to a depth of 10cms and plant the corms 4-5cms deep, keep well watered during dry periods in their first year. We supply extra large corms (8cm) which ensure a great start.
