Pendula begonias are really great for containers or hanging baskets We supply large 6/+cm tubers which will provide colourful flowers all summer long. Pendula begonias are ideal for hanging baskets or containers where they can hang down showing their cascade of flowers. Start off in the greenhouse from January to April and harden off and plant out after the fear of frosts have passed. Begonias can be kept from year to year by drying off the tubers and compost at the season end and keep the remaining tubers in the dry compost mix.
Keep protected from frost over winter an start back into growth in the spring by watering. To ensure healthy tubers feed during the flowering season with tomato food.
