Dahlia Kelsey Annie Joy is a collarette dahlia which is very distinctive because they are a single dahlia but with a difference, as the central disc is encircled by a ‘collar’ of small florets. Kelsey Annie Joy has soft peach like flowers which darken towards the centre. Dahlias can be started off in pots in the greenhouse from January to march or alternatively planted direct into the garden when the fear of frosts have passed.
