Fritillaria acmopetala AGM is an unusual green coloured fritillary with patches of maroon on the petals making this such a talking point.  The stems can be up to 45cm tall and will hold several flowers cascading from the top of the stem. Fritillaria acmopetala AGM flowers in April and is best grown in semi shade areas of the garden.

Fritillarias are quite an extensive group of varieties and are pretty easy to grow.  They naturalise extremely well and as such are ideal for many areas of the garden that are left to naturalise. This variety has been awarded a garden merit (AGM) by the RHS because it is a very interesting and easy to grow variety.
