Hemerocallis Tiger Blood

Description

A striking variety, pale yellow with a dark purplish black centre. Hemerocallis are superb garden plants and are invaluable for the summer garden because of the colour they add. Plant amongst shrubs but can also be grown in containers, They can be left undisturbed for many years. Flowers appear July to September and brighten up any garden. Often known as day lilies. Avoid planting in areas of heavy shade or in soils that dry out during the summer months.

Aspect: Semi shade to full sun.

Soil Type: They prefer well drained fertile soil but will also tolerate poor soils and heavy clay soils.
