A very good deep red hyacinth which is a lovely variety to grow for Christmas flowering.
Plant from September onwards. Plant with the tips of the bulbs showing in pots or bowls. When bowls are used, bulb fibre is preferred. Then put in a cold, dark place. Pots with drainage can be put outside and covered with 8-10cm of peat. The bulbs can be brought indoors in early December when they will flower from Christmas onwards.
