Pleione grandiflora pink hybrids

Description

Pleione Grandiflora pink hybrids is a relatively new variety with lovely, very large pink flowers and a slightly darker highlighted mark on the lip. Cultivation Instructions

Indoor Planting: These small orchids originate from China and will grow well in the greenhouse or indoors. Plant the bulbs in a mixture of peat, loam, perlite and sphagnum moss. The soil must be kept moist but not wet. When shoots appear feed with a liquid feed at regular intervals (every two weeks approx.) until the time the flowers start to fade. Bulbs must be protected from freezing conditions wherever you grow them.

Outdoor Planting:  Not ideal for planting outside. If you do have warm areas follow the instructions as per indoor planting as shown above.
