How to Shop

Selecting your bulbs

Use the search and select a species and further refine your search. You will be shown a list of all the bulbs that match your search. Click on the title or the thumbnail of a bulb to see more details and ordering information. To order this bulb, enter the quantity you require and click on add to basket. You can remove or change the quantities of your bulbs at any time by visiting the shopping basket page.

Delivery

We can only accept payment from UK issued cards or sterling cheques and we can only deliver to addresses in the UK.

Please note that the delivery charge of £5.95 is automatically added to your basket. If your order exceeds a value of £60 this will not be applicable and the carriage will be free of charge. Orders can be sent to an address other than your billing address; please enter this in the Special Instructions section when placing your order.

Gift Service

Your bulbs can also be sent as a gift to your alternative address and we can include a complimentary card with your own personal message. Simply enter the wording you would like to have in the card in the “Special Instructions” section when placing your order.

Completing your order

Once you have added all the bulbs you require, click on Proceed to checkout on the basket page. This will confirm your order details and give you the option to pay by cheque, postal order or credit card. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase. Please note our credit card payment system is managed by HSBC and as such is secure so you have peace of mind when you use it.

For cheque and postal order payments when you receive your confirmation by email please print out a copy and enclose it with your payment. If you are unable to print a copy then simply write your name and address on the back so that we can quickly identify you. Please make your cheques payable to “Directbulbs”
