Terms and Conditions
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return the goods to us within 10 days and we will give you a full refund or supply replacements (your choice).
The prices shown on the site are in pounds sterling and as such we can only accept payment in this currency.
For orders up to £60, post and packing is £5.95
Above £60 Free of charge.
Small packages under 1kg will be delivered by 3-5 day courier.
Above this, packages will be delivered by carrier on a 48 hour service. If packages can be left in a stated location or with a neighbour this should be stated on the form.
If you are intending to be away, please tell us so we can arrange convenient delivery dates.
Summer flowering bulbs
These are available to order from mid December until mid May Orders received December and January will be dispatched from mid February onwards.
Any orders placed after 1st February will be dispatched within 10-14 days unless we notify you otherwise.
Spring flowering bulbs
These are available to order from mid May until mid December. Orders received June, July and August will be dispatched from mid September onwards.
Any orders placed after 1st September will be dispatched within 10-14 days unless we notify you otherwise.
We are unable to accept cancellations after the 1st February for Summer bulbs and 1st August for Autumn bulbs.
You will receive an email acknowledgement of your order as soon as the ordering process is complete.
Orders placed by credit/debit card, cheque or postal orders before the above dates will incur a 5% cancellation charge to cover administration costs.
We supply top size, quality bulbs. If, for any reason, we are unhappy with the bulbs we will not dispatch them to you.
Should any variety not be avaialble, we will send a substitution of equal or better value unless you have stated on the order form that you do not wish to receiive a substitution.
If the bulbs are not true to name or for any reason are unacceptable, we will replace them at our cost. Subsequent growth, vigour etc are not factors which we have control of, so cannot guarantee. Please do however let us know of any problems to see if we can help solve them.
We are only able to supply addresses in the UK Mainland and the Channel Islands.
