Lilium Bowmore

Description

Bowmore is named after a Scottish whiskey. The flowers are a bright pink and are up to 18cms in diameter. Often called tree lilies they will grow quite tall as they establish over the years reaching heights of 170cms plus. Grow in groups of 3 or more for the best effect. Lilies are easy to grow and can be left undisturbed in the garden for many years. if planting in heavy soils add a handful of grit to the hole before putting in the lily. Protect young shoots from pests and remember to feed during the flowering stage to ensure they naturalise for years to come. Suitable for alkaline and acid soils.
